New Adventures The initial month of remaining in one location brought a new set of adventures, albeit a bit closer to home this time. In place of exploring a new landmark, it is now going down a new road in the town. Instead of meeting people who don’t even speak your language, it’s people who are in their mid-20s figuring out in life. Before inviting others, there was work to be done. A sense of settling in and ensuring you set yourself up with love and affection for yourself. Setting up schedules, having a cadence of what you’re doing, and outlining future goals for you to not have to worry as much about things outside of your control. From there, it was go time. “How do we provide opportunities for others to have a wonderful time and meet others?” This was a guiding question for JP and me to co-host our next event to serve the greater community of individuals. It was a chance to create an environment for them to enjoy and venture into a new world. A world of inception selfies, staring at each other for 1 minute straight and meeting other explorers.
